This last haircut was great. Genesis at Villa Maria is awesome. If I keep going to her, I would definitely recommend Sport Clips. Before this last haircut, I’ve had some problems. So, I’m typically recommending Gold Star to my friends.

Been using for years. I get charged differently each time I go in for the same cheap haircut. The system prints a customer information review each time you check in. It tells stylist the client name and preference or previous cuts. On this visit, I check in. Wait my turn and my name is called. As I sit in chair, I am asked. What are we doing here today? I respond by say. Getting a haircut. She asked......BALD? I stated #3 buzz all over and tappered in back. After 3-5 minutes, she says DONE,ANYTHING ELSE? Shocked, I answered by saying No. I wanted Beard trimmed. I was not offered head washed, messaged, or try to upscale products. Did not need but the MVP experience was anything but that. She charged me for ($24) MVP haircut when I got #3 buzz or short haircut and over age 55. Half of head is BALD on top to start. Took longer to check in and out then get haircut.
