I've been twice in the past couple months. The first visit was a great experience. But my visit today was very unsatisfactory. I didn't get a wash, steamed towel treatment or anything extra beyond the trim. I got those things on my first visit but not this time. My stylist, Helen, was rushing. The line-up of people mainly requested her so i guess she felt like she needed to rush and exclude services. She was pulling my hair while she cut and you could tell she was ready to move on as soon as I sat down. There was no attempt to communicate after she asked what I wanted done. The haircut looks fine but some small areas were missed.

The young lady barber was not really capable. Seemed poorly trained, frankly not confident or comfortable, and less than ready to be hired.

Worst I have ever had at Sports Clips. Reflects poor management and sloppy business practices.

Unlikely to return. You ought to explore this particular location’s leadership.

Don’t fire the barber, take her off duty and train her, before exposing her to customers.

On-line check in was very easy to do. Saved me a lot of time. Service was amazing 👏🏾

I enjoy the haircut experience at sport clips. I have always liked my haircuts but it’s the hot towel VIP treatment that is really awesome.

I was greeted warmly as usual. I used a new stylist I hadn't used before, Haidy, who did a wonderful job. She was very congenial, asked questions to be sure I got the haircut I wanted, and helped navigate options around a problem cowlick I have. I was very happy with the service, the atmosphere and especially my stylist.

The hairdresser that cut my hair was very friendly and courteous. She made me feel at home while she cut my hair. She did a great job of cutting my hair and explained what she was doing. I have some spots in my hair that are thinning and she did a great job of cutting my hair that hid these spots.

My son’s haircut was horrible. It’s a bowl cut and he didn’t ask for a bowl cut. He’s 14 looking for a clean, nice looking haircut for the holidays and he has been made fun of by everyone that sees it. The lines are not straight and it looks like she didn’t touch the top. When I told him to go back and let her trim the top, he was worried that it would make her mad and she would make it worse. No kid should feel that way.

The Stylist was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend her.
