I took my 3 grandchildren to the Sugar Land location and was very pleased. We were greeted with a friendly smile and tone when we entered. I was very pleased with the way both stylist listened to how they wanted their haircuts. The stylist did exactly what they wanted and the boys were so pleased. The stylist made sure to call me over to make sure I was ok with the haircuts as well, and I was!
The woman (Laura) that cuts my hair is excellent and very welcoming.

This was my second visit to Sport Clips. My first experience at the Katy location was great. The stylist was skilled and I left very happy with my haircut. Unfortunately, my second visit at the Willis location was the complete opposite and easily the worst haircut I’ve ever had.
It felt like the stylist had no idea how to cut hair or trim a beard. Two of her clippers weren’t working properly and kept pulling my hair out, and when she switched to a third pair, it was almost out of battery. From start to finish, I felt like I had to guide her through the entire process, and even then it still turned out poorly.
She cut the sides and back okay, but barely touched the top. She kept asking how much to take off, but didn’t seem to understand that it’s not just about length. The top needs to blend and look good with the sides and back. It honestly felt like each side of my head was treated as a separate haircut.
This was a very basic haircut, and while I normally don’t make a big deal about these things, it couldn’t even be made to look decent. I genuinely believe I could have done a better job myself.

From a simple haircut, Kita truly listens and provides suggestions with products to meet your goals, but isn'toverbearing or pushy. Kita is the real MVP!
The store itself has quality stylists who are all friendly. From Alex to Maryann, to Desiree, to Kristen each invites you and makes you feel welcomed.
The price is fair. Sitlaly always does an excellent job of cutting my hair and is enjoyable to interact with.
