I've done business with Rymes for over ten years. Rymes meets or exceeds my expectations every time I call for a delivery, a tune up or cleaning of my furnace. Recently I called for a delivery of propane on a bitter cold day. The delivery came early on the next morning. I think this proves their excellent service.

The Agent I encountered listened wonderfully and provided me a solution. In that: She offered to call me back which gave me peace of mind. Then personally did so, exactly as offered while confirming to me my matter was resolved!
I like your delivery schedule of oil. I also like having a service plan to cover emergencies.
The only thing I am not happy about is the billing. I prefer having all my services be local including the billing.
The customer service I have with Patty in our local office was outstanding, truthful & earned my respect & trust.
The product is something I can’t really evaluate as I have no intelligent knowledge about it except that it does what is expected which is to provide heat.
The deliveries & delivery personnel have been prompt although I am not at all happy with the elongated time between deliveries resulting in fewer delivery expenses for your company but much much higher delivery costs for your customers without warning. I do not trust that the new electronically dependent deciders can provide the same trusting relationship that I already have with the humans I have worked with at the local office. A shame to be trapped by machines & money hungry corporations.
Otherwise, I am pleased as also stated above.

Realized my automatic delivery had been turned off while I tried to get a site visit to install a new tank. I called to indicate my K-1 fuel tank was at 1% and the staff had the fuel delivery the next morning. Thank you!

I have 2 tanks on my property. I had to make 2 calls to get a delivery - one take was at 18% and the other was 20%. I called the main number and the no one answered the phone - this happened twice, the third time a got a message to leave my number and someone would call me back. After a few hours I did get a call back. She scknowledge that the tanks were low and she told me that she would call me back in a few hours to tell me when the delivery would take place - needless to say, I never got a call back. I finally reached out to a local person that works for Rymes and I got a delivery the next day. I shouldn't have to be monitoring the tank levels since the tanks are monitored. I hope this is not going to be a regular occurance. There is also a generator on each tank.
