Champagne Energy service is excellent. Their automatic propane filling service means that I never worry about running out of propane during the winter months.
Because their Propane delivery was late, they gave me 70 gallons of propane for free. How cool is that!
I was a little frustrated because I tried unsuccessfully several times to check my delivery or make a request through the portal (I have a steep driveway and wanted a delivery date so I could make sure it was plowed the day the truck came) but once I was able to speak to someone on the phone, they were extremely friendly and helpful and professional. I talked to Ashley about my delivery and she was awesome and helped me make a plan to make sure my driveway was ready for the delivery. I also talked to someone from the budget plan area (sorry, I don’t remember her name) and that lady was really nice and helpful too, and I’m very pleased with the budget plan she helped me set up. The delivery plan worked and the driver did an excellent job making sure I had the propane I needed. My thanks to the whole team!

I like how I can view my account easily online and see in real time where my tanks are at. I also like that when I’m using auto pay I can have a set amount due every month so I’m not taken by surprise with costs. Great experience with this company!
