So far so good. I set up my account with ease, and the home was inspected and okayed for service. The rep replaced the meter on the tank without me asking as it had condensation on it. This is as far as we have gotten as I am a new account.

The driver couldn't deliver the oil because he was in the wrong driveway that was blocked by the snow.i called an explained the situation ,and we needed that delivery.they dispatch the driver and he came back a day or two later to deliver our oil. Thanks

The older woman who answers the phone is so nice, professional and accommodating. I have had several conversations with her as I have a couple accounts and she’s amazingly helpful. She is why I stay with this company even when there are less expensive options. I also thought the guy that made my delivery was very professional as he checked to be certain he had the correct house and laid down a mat in the event he had any spill. He also had a big smile on his face when he delivered my receipt even though it was very early in the morning and cold. Great job all around. Thank you!
