Rymes employees are wonderful. Every time we have reached out or had contact with Rymes we always have the best conversations and professional representatives to talk with. Patrick, who is top notch has always responded quickly with answers whenever we needed help. Tim has also come to our aid as well. He always is helping and smiling no matter what the issue. We were pleasantly surprised when our #2 fuel was delivered the next day. When I ordered on Monday, I was told there was a 14 day out delivery. Unless the truck was in our area already. Thanks so much for the speedy delivery as we know it's not always the case. I really miss the office and the personnel there. Computer's raise my blood pressure, so I tried to limit the use.
