Delivery is always very good.
It works.
The delivery was fine as always. You installed an oil burner and tank 8 years ago for us and the caulking around the chimney is gone. I am worried about the leakage of fumes in the basement and a general cleaning. I was informed you now have a service partner who will be in touch. So far nothing.
Easy to order. Answers their phones promptly with no or very short wait time. Are always happy to help when I have a question, need help, or anything else. Always friendly - feels like you're talking to a friend and/or neighbor. Our delivery man is the same way - always friendly and helpful. We appreciate the great customer service.
