Tyler was our service technician and he was incredibly polite and thorough during his the service call. He called ahead as requested to let me know he was en route and asked and answered questions regarding service and equipment. I would recommend Rhymes based on this interaction but I cannot say the same for interactions with Superior Propane phone service.
