Reliability
Kelly Allen in the Somersworth, NH went out of her way to help me overcome the completely inept Superior Plus Propane customer service team. It took 3 weeks and 5 interactions with the Suoerior phone support team (after waiting on hold for 50-75 minutes every time) to get frustrated enough to drive an hour from my home to the Somersworth office. Although it is not open to customers, Kelly came to the door and listened to my issue. She said that it was not her role but she would do what she can to help me get my service established at my new home. She is a lifesaver and my family is very grateful for her help.
