My only complaint is that the website sucks! The first time I used it didn’t allow online delivery ordering. I had to call the local office every time I needed propane. It was finally fixed and I could order fuel but in one month’s time it stopped working. It is still not working and I spent over an hour on hold on the phone only to find out my online order wasn’t processed. Fix it and people spend less time on the phone with your agents.
I've used Rymes for 20 years. I don't use a ton of propane but when it's close to empty, I contact Rymes and it is soon filled with no fuss or hassle.

We get propane delivery on time and when we have questions, they are snswered promptly.

Recent furnace malfunction the day after the Jan 26 snow storm and I’m sure service calls were numerous. Called in our problem first thing in the morning and they were out here by 1pm. Jeremy was terrific!
