I called for service the Saturday before a large snow storm due on Sunday because we ran out of propane. With the cold weather we just didn’t realize how quickly we were using it. I waited 20 minutes for a lovely woman who was extremely helpful in sending someone out after I mentioned a smell. The person who came out was kind, professional and was able to give us propane before the storm. Within 2 hours of realizing we were out of propane, we had heat and hot water before the storm. We are so grateful for both people and this company!

I am very grateful for the excellent customer service I have always received and just most recently during this extreme cold weather stint. I have been going through fuel like crazy this Winter and I misjudged the usage which left my tank almost empty very quickly . They were able to squeeze in my delivery on a very busy day for them to ensure my family was warm. My home is poorly insulated and the furnace works overtime just to keep it at 62 degrees!

Champagne's Energy provides me with Propane. I called on a Tuesday before a projected weekend and beyond of 0 to minus 0 degree weather with my tanks 15% or less. They advised that normally 10 days delivery schedule but would try to get out to me. They delivered by that Saturday which was greatly appreciated. I am now on automatic delivery. Champagne's has serviced our property for about five years.

We are on automatic fill and only one time in the last 40 years have we run out of gas, and that was because I had recently retired and had been home much more. They were quick to come out and rectify the problem. They also are very quick to react to a problem.
