your automated phone system is terrible.
i have been trying to get a new propane service set up at my home for a new boiler.
several months ago I replied to a promotion from your company that stated there was discounts for opening a new account, also for installing a new heating system. I filled out all the information in the E mail and replied. No one every contacted me.
then 2 months ago I called and after waiting forever to actually talk to someone,
they transferred me to a person for new accounts. that person eventually called me back and left a message days later 1 call 1 message.
well would you imagine I had to call and go through the same game again. just to leave another message. to get 1 call back. no follow up calls.
the third call I begged the lady that answered not to transfer me and to please just add my house to my realty company as an additional location.
then Nichole called me.
she is the reason I would recommend people use your company for fuel supplies.
she set me up when I first started with your company.
she called me to set up a site visit.
and she answers the phone or calls back when you call her.
I still have not heard from anyone for my site visit yet.

I like how easy it is to order oil online or by phone. I like how I get filled within a week of requesting a fill. I do wish I could order a fill without needing to try to guess how much oil I need and would like to know when you're coming so I know when you will be here. My credit card is on file but when I order to much oil a refund doesn't happen very quickly, and I have to request it to get it.

Our propane take was abnormally low (50 gallons of propane in a 1000 gallon tank) and the man who came to our home to fill our propane and install a monitor at 9 pm on a Saturday night was professional, knowledgeable and very kind to both my husband and me. He informed us of everything he did as he did it and thoroughly explained everything.
