You arrived sooner than expected. However, I was told to leave a check on the door each day until the delivery arrived. We did this only to have the driver say to mail the check. That was a bit frustrating.
Arrived promptly, the delivery person was pleasant and friendly, remembered my dog's name and mine, and appeared to be happy with what he was doing! All this with snow on the ground and more threatening.

Company monitors tank levels and makes delivery as necessary. Different types of annual contracts/prices that meet our needs.
The delivery drivers make the company great. The driveway into our house is not the easiest approach, sitting down a hill and over a stream, but our delivery driver handles it with ease. We trust him to keep the oil flowing during the winter and have never been disappointed.

Your billing system needs some improvement. A recent statement of mine had no detail and payment I made recently did not reflect the quick payment discount. It appears that Downeast is still working out the invoicing kinks after merging with Superior Propane.

Your customer care person on the phone was helpful about a delivery snafu and then when the truck arrived the driver was amazingly helpful with helpful information and just a wonderful demeanor! A simple interaction with him uplifted our day! I think his name was Justin but not sure.
