Good response to my requests for delivery
Responsive and always on top of the need for refueling of our propane tank.
I always have really good luck with cash energy, however, I tried for three days in a row to try to get a hold of somebody by calling all the numbers I could find and I was on hold one day for a 40 minutes and finally hung up. Called a couple days numerous times during the day and same issue so then I went online to order. I thought that that was not very customer friendly.

We have been customers for 11 and some years. And have family for many years with Rymes. Our mom is disable; and when she calls she always ask for the ladies who help.
