Everyone that I dealt with at Don Franklin was honest and straightforward. It took almost 10 months to get my truck that I ordered. Not because of Don Franklin but because Ford was so back logged. During that 10 months Adam either called or text me to keep me updated on a regular basis. I live close to many Ford dealerships in Louisville and talked to many before I ordered my truck. But after taking to Adam at Don Franklin I had no problem driving 2 hours away to buy from this dealership. I don’t give reviews often. But their services were outstanding.
