Adam Capps was extremely helpful and sincere when we first meet him in 2020 to purchase our new vehicle. I will always come back to Don Franklin Family because of the kindness and the way everyone treats you like family. Dan Franklin and his wife have always been kind to us. Since 2020 we have bought 3 vehicles through them and we will continue to come back because of them.

First time to buy car using online search. Don Franklin Ford had the vehicle we were interested in and quickly responded to our online request for information. Our salesman Tommy Stearns was excellent to deal with. Being out of state, we had a lot of questions about the process. Tommy answered our questions and went above and beyond to make the buying experience quick and easy. Highly recommend Tommy.

Found a car I was actively looking for on CarGurus. Received a quick response from a salesman at this dealership.

Communication was on-going & transparent.

When the time was right I emailed my salesperson, Travis, & we set up an appointment.
We arrived at the dealership on a Saturday, looked the car over, test drove it & he answered every single question we had without skipping a beat!

Paperwork time, everything went well & after a few back & forth negotiations, the car was ours!

Professional & easy to do business with. Would recommend Don Franklin Ford!

Had trouble with my 22 explorer. Called the dealer they gave me a number to get it towed to dealership. I filled out some info online and tow truck was there in 15 minutes. Took them 1 day to get it repaired. Very pleased with the service so far!
