Great bikes shops, awesome people
We bought a bike in the store, then later placed an online order for some accessories. I got a call from someone telling me I could get 15% off that order because it can fall under the new bike accessories. I know Freewheel has like a 4.8 star rating on google but this is crazy good customer service. I get pretty brand loyal and no other place has been this good for personal customer satisfaction. I've been telling everyone about my experience
