Super knowledgeable and helped us pick our mountain bikes!
Nice, roomy store. Salesperson was a mechanic and was helpful. Also like the bike measure screen.
Very prompt to get process started and cordial.

Great place
Knowledgeable and pleasant...EVERYONE!!!
The person helping with my purchase was extremely helpful and patient.
I would recommend this place with a 5 star rating out of 5
the tune up was great. The price tag is very high for a tune up, therefore I am not sure how often I would pay up for this, but i do like the assurance that my son's bike is in good shape.
Prompt friendly service.
Ride an FX3 and I love it. Have used the maintenance services and have been very happy with them. People are polite and knowledgeable.
I always get excellent service from your knowledgeable staff!
The staff is very helpful!
Attentive sales clerks, with lots of knowledge and very friendly.
Tyson is the real deal. Best employee I have dealt with at any shop in the country. I would refer anyone to him and the crew at Freewheel!
Tyson knows his customers, employees, and products and manages the shop very well.

Service was very good in buying my daughter's bike!
Very helpful and knowledgeable.
Everything I needed was in stock!
I have been shopping with you all for several years now, and have enjoyed the lay out of your store (Eagan store). I am bummed that the store moved from the Cliff Road location over to the East side of town, however that is also a nicer location as well.
I was actually in the store today, was pleased with the service and the nice staff working, however I noted that full suspension bikes on the floor level of the store were the ones upwards of the 4k-5k price range. Obviously not the amount of money I am looking to spend, however some very nice bikes for various reasons. Maybe I was not looking in the right spot, but would like to see bikes in the lower end such as in the $2500 price range on the floor level as well, or perhaps there were none in stock at the time... Anyhow, an overall pleasant experience today. The only question I have is whom decides on the maintenance plan when someone purchases a new bike? I heard a sals rep telling someone that for the first year, they get free adjustments. That is nice and all, but the store I shop at, they offer two years free adjustments... Just wondering.

Very nice staff that sold me the correct brake and installed on my bike that was not even purchased at Freewheel Bike. I appreciate that.
