Friendly knowledgeable knew the right bike for me based on my request. Just bought my bike so not sure however I do have the feeling that they very willingly stand behind anything and everything they sell. The services and tuneups that they offer as a new bike owner are very reassuring for me that my bike will be kept in good riding order

Bike people working in bike shops — as it should be. Been coming here for 50 years, literally, since I’d ride my bike down to 68th and Penn (when my LBS was Penn Cycle.) I’ve bought parts, bikes, tools - the whole schmear. Been elsewhere, but keep coming back to Freewheel. Rarely do I not find what I need here. I’m restoring a vintage road bike, and guess where I’ll be coming for the parts I need. You guessed it!

Tyson did an excellent job explaining the ebikes to us. Great customer service skills, even helped us install bike carrier. There was a delay in receiving the second ebike, but we felt informed about the progress. The free check ups are a nice touch first year.

Good service, quick tune up. When I brought my bike in a few months back, the shop was scheduled pretty far out for tune up appointments - a couple months wait. The person helping me made the appointment for me, but before I left, he pumped up my tires and lubed up the chain. He made sure I could keep riding before I got in for the tune up. Once we got in, the tune up was very quick!
