I think most companies have decent products but the staff at freewheel in Eagan is awesome. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpef me get a great deal on the products they offer. To me the service I receive before and after is what keeps me coming back.

There was a recall on the pedals on my bike. Was planning on taking my bike on a vacation in couple of days. Fellow who I spoke to said it was not safe to use bike until new pedals came in which would be in about a week. He found some pedals in store and replaced right away. Very helpful friendly guy waited on me, unfortunately do not recall his name

The guys at Freewheel bike made sure my bike was up to speck when changing a shifter and also doing a cleaning on it that it needed. Great service and even kept my bike until the part came in so I wouldn't have to haul it around.

Tyson and the rest of the the staff were very nice to work with when I picked up my bike and helping me pick out my accessories.

The staffs are very polite, However, the service is not. I brought in the set of wheel for trueing for slightly out of true. Bring it home and discover that the front wheel has around 2mm vertical hopping. Bring the wheel back for re-true, but the I was told that I payed for "minor" true, not "major" true. To fix that, it needs "major" true with additional cost.

The wheels were inspected and advise how much it cost for trueing. Before the wheel were a bit wobble, but round. After trueing, one of the wheel is hopping. By the way, it is Dura Ace C24, nice set of wheel. 15 years of riding bike, very satisfying with the services from Pen Cycle, but with Freewheel...may be not!
