She bought the bike I thought would be perfect for her and with the features I heard her talk about such as battery distance, comfort(I told her to consider her bike like purchasing a new car and the comfort she was seeking in purchasing a luxury car as opposed to any old car) and she ended up with her luxury ebike—just like I feel I did.

So my frame cracked in four places on my 2021 Marlin 7. It was under warranty, and I went to pick it up (much sooner than I thought it would take), and found out that the whole bike was replaced with a 2022. To say I was surprised would be an understatement, and I am very grateful for your staff taking care of me after I was afraid my season would be over. Big props to the staff at Freewheel.
