Staff seems to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I spend a lot of money on my bike and they keep it running in top form as I break different parts. They are cost conscious regarding their recommendations for replacement parts. If I ask about more expensive higher end parts, they seem to help me make a good decision. They balance ride with cost and comfort.

I review new bikes with them, and they take the time to explain why this or that on the bike.

Top of the line products , knowledgeable salespeople, caring ,efficient and " know there stuff " bike technicians .

Most importantly is the knowledgeable and friendly staff. I worked with a guy (can’t recall his name, had some tattoos he was having removed) that took his time and made recommendations based on his riding experience. My wife bought me the bike for Christmas and worked with Jason. Both were great!
