We walked into the store on Memorial Day less than 1 hour before closing. We were expecting to drop off my bike as we were looking for a new tire and tube. We left the store within 20 minutes with my bike having a new tire/tube. They were very accommodating and educating us about tube punctures from a tire. Then educating us about tires with 3 options. Very friendly and helpful!

I really appreciated getting immediate attention and service when I brought my bike in for repair. Location is good. My only disappointment was that they didn't have the replacement part in stock and had to have it shipped to the store before the bike could be repaired. Not their fault, it's an older bike --Surly Long Haul Trekker.
