I enjoy my Trek e-bike and my wife loves hers. The staff are helpful and responsive with no presure.

I never feel like they are guessing. I have confidence that they will take care of any issues that come up. They can be a little expensive in the repair area, I’d recommend buying a better bike if you are taking yours in too much. Getting properly fitted is so important, it can make your ride so much more comfortable.
Buy the cushy seat, seat covers, racks, fenders, anything that will help you enjoy your time.

I ride a Trex FX3. It is very reliable and a real joy for me to ride. I have been very happy with the service I've had performed, keeping the bike in top shape. The employees I've delt with have always been polite, knowledgeable and most helpful. I've relied on their knowledge in purchasing a number of products. I've been happy with everything that's been recommended.

I ordered a bike rack on-line and it was available the earliest at the Eagan store. They emailed me with updates so I would know when I could pick it up. The salesperson (Corey O, I think) at the store was extremely helpful and showed me how to set it up and use it. He also helped me with some questions about a bike I am interested in test riding and buying. Very good experience overall and would highly recommend.
