The store had the bikes I wanted to try; Jason was very helpful; the large, empty parking lot in the back (Eagan location) was perfect for test rides; and installation of accessories was speedy.

Came in having no knowledge of bikes or what I need. I was walked through the whole process and taught different parts of the bike as well as some of the bike lingo. Never tried to sell me anything I didn't need and helped set up my whole bike experience! Excited to get put there!

The sales rep was fabulous - patiently answered all my questions while sharing his excitement for the equipment and sport in general. He even stayed late to make sure the bike was set up perfectly for me and pointed out extra things I would not have thought of. Top notch service!

your service was great. Fast and courteous. when I dropped bike off we discussed a lot of topics and had agreed on checking out or fixing a few different items. My wife and son picked the bike up, the next day I checked it out and the crank mechanism hadn't been checked. it has a wobble in it. I called and they took it right in and gave me a diagnosis . I don't blame anyone for this return to the shop. Otherwise it was a great experience and good service and price. Thanks to all the crew. Will recommend you to anyone who inquires. We had used Eriks in the past and not well treated .
