Bought my latest bike (Trek Checkpoint) from Freewheel. This is the best bike I have ever had, and it does everything I need. The service has always been outstanding! I lost all shifting in the rear yesterday (frayed cable), and Freewheel fixed it the same day!

We brought our pre-owned TerraTrike into the shop to be fitted. It was challenging because they were fitting it to a very short rider, 4’ 11”. Freewheel had all the parts we needed in stock and we left with a perfectly fitted trike. Very pleased with knowledgeable and friendly staff.

I was a couple minutes after closing and he let me grab some new tubes. Really appreciate the little extra effort (and politeness) . Definitely won a steady customer.

When I came in a tech looked at my shifting concern and fixed it while I was looking at gloves and helmets. Mine were 9 years old. And Mike was very nice and helpful on seelecting one.

John and Mike were great. From the time I first walked in John answered every question I had and showed me several options. He was never pushing me towards a more expensive bike, but listened to what I wanted and helped me find the right bike. His only concern was to make sure that I got the bike that best fit me. He answered all my questions about the bike, which there were plenty of since it was my first full suspension. They made sure I had everything I needed and was fully ready to hit the trails when I walked out the door. I would 100% recommend Freewheel and John to anyone who is looking to buy a new bike.
