I stopped in looking for a front tire for my MTB as I had shredded too much gnar on my previous front tire. I met some guy named Chad. He recommended a Continental MTB tire. Must be some kinda roadie or something. Anyways I bought a Gunnison pro XR 29x2.6 and holy smokes when I shred the gnar now that front tire is STUCK! Bravo Bontrager once again. Sorry Chad. Keep shedding the gnar.

Amazing service. I hadn’t been in one of their shops before and I was totally impressed! The young man that helped me in Eden Prairie was attentive, polite and informative. He sold me on a Trek bike that met my needs. They didn't have my size in stock so he connected with the Bloomington shop and found my size. I went to Bloomington, they were aware I was coming and sold me a bike with a few nice accessories that I would have never considered.

So great to experience high quality "in-person" service.
