I was very grateful for the 15% off coupon that I received in my email. I was able to use it and bright my total down a bit. Very helpful in these tough economic times. When I arrived for a routine oil change, I was seen immediately. So, kudos for the prompt service. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the fact that one tire on my car was low, and it was not inflated. There was a service notification on the dash that alerted to this. Normally, a routine oil change comes with a few inspections. Cabin air filter, tire rotation, and oil filter changes has no service notifications on a vehicle. Yet, Jiffy Lube always inspects them, then ask me if I want them replaced. Why did no one at Jiffy Lube ask if I wanted the air in my rear passenger tire replaced/filled? I just think that this is very petty of Jiffy Lube.

It was convenient; it didn't take very long; and I wasn't haggled or pressured to get anything that I didn't want.
What I liked abour my recent visit is the consistency. The lead mechanic and his staff are always kind, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and fast. I will keep bringing my car here for that reason.
