Professional, quick, knowledgeable staff
The customer service is outstanding at Jiffy Lube's West Street location. My car's maintenance needs are explained clearly. I feel heard, respected, and appreciated by the staff.

When checking out, they clicked on wrong customer and called me by a different name and when I said that’s not my car, he said, it’s your mom’s car? I had to say, you are clicking on the RAV4 and I brought in a Honda CRV. They weren’t even busy. I was the only car there. Really bad experience.
I think they were ready to go home. It was 5 PM on a Saturday and I went in for a signature oil change. Leaving for a long trip the next day. I was expecting them to come out and tell me the things they recommended, etc., etc. but they never did. 15 minutes later my car was ready. My windows were completely smeared worse than when I came in. Clearly they had not used water to wash the outside windows. They just used a paper towel or something. Front window was completely filthy still. Usually they do a great job. I’ve been to you for about 15 to 20 years between this location and the Bowie location. The reason I started going to these locations as I knew the woman years and years ago, who ran the operation on site and she was very, very good. I did mention something to the guy who was checking me out he was very apologetic. He got what I was saying. He assured me that I didn’t need any. He went through them with me and assured me all my fluids had been topped off. I will go back one more time to see if that was a fluke or if things have changed, if so, then I will need to go somewhere else.
Customer service was great, 10/10… however, at other locations wiping of exterior windows and vacuuming are included- and they weren’t this time. Also the pulling of records, the system had a completely different person connected to my vehicle for some reason. As I have owned the vehicle since day one brand new, there must be a glitch somewhere in the program that is used which could provide private information to another … information security etc…needs to be addressed.

Quick and thorough
I just want to say that everyone working at this facility was very friendly and polite. My issue is that they went ahead and did work on my car before I authorized it. I went in for an oil change and nothing else. Due to the economy right now, I just can't do everything I would like to. While going over recommendations for my car, I stated I only want an oil change. Next thing I am told is they already went ahead and changed my cabin filter. That is unacceptable to me. I will not go to this Jiffy lube again.

Ryan and Greg took good care of my needs. Greg is a staple there, I don’t often get any work done unless he is there. Ryan is new to me and a solid guy. It’s nice to be treated fairly, many men speak to women about cars like we are dumb and try to upsell us. I prefer you upsell your character and truth than the air filter.
