When I got into my car, my glove box where they took out the in interior air filter my glove box was totally covered with greasy fingerprints. I take very good pride in my car and I clean it very well seeing those greasy fingerprints on my glove box, and on all my papers that were in my glove box made me very angry, and when I got there, I was the only one there he pulled my car right in which I liked, made me very happy but before they asked me even what I wanted done to my vehicle, they were already stripping the air filters out, checking the wipers and doing all that stuff. I could’ve just been there for a top off. They had no idea.
I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Mr. Mack at Jiffy Lube, and I have to say the experience was top-notch from start to finish. From the moment I pulled in, Mr. Mack handled everything with precision and professionalism. Every step of the process was explained clearly, and I felt confident that my vehicle was in good hands.
What impressed me the most was how efficient the service was, my oil change was completed in less than 15 minutes! In today’s world, where time is so valuable, that level of speed combined with accuracy is rare to find. Mr. Mack made the entire experience stress-free, smooth, and reliable.

Great service!! Knowledgeable and polite technicians. Had oil change and tire rotation performed. My vehicle felt like driving a "brand new" vehicle after work performed. Will be returning !!
The manager/supervisor on duty at 8am on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 was extremely attentive, transparent & provided quality service. I returned to have my front brakes replaced. Arrived at 8:04am and was literally pulling off the lot at 9:08am.
I genuinely appreciate how efficient the young man was who actually completed the physical labor.
Makes me proud to see so many young, black men building sustainable careers & doing so with such professionalism & decorum.
I refuse to utilize any other branch. The customer service is completely different when you visit other locations. One of the younger guys on the floor even told me where to look online to locate a $50 coupon to deduct for my brake service.

Noticed a oil spot on my driveway took it to a jiffy lube by my house and they looked at it and said oil plug was loose and oil filter was not tight I think after spending over 100 dollars will not go again unprofessional
Customer service was not good- employee was not helpful and condescending. Please don’t assume that women know nothing about taking care of vehicles. I would have appreciated it if employee had at least provided pricing for different oil change types. Next time I’ll go somewhere else for my oil change where I’m not trying to be sold a bunch of other services that I don’t want.

Person/persons vacuuming my SUV did a very poor job at doing it. Same dirt on floor when I left as was there when I pulled in. I could understand if they were busy but no one there when I got there and only 1 other person came while I was there
Easy quick and efficient
Wonderful service however there was some miscommunication that resulted in my tires getting rotated (which was un-needed due to me just getting my brakes changed which incurred a tire rotation). I myself am not very car savvy so I do not want to blame the employee, I feel it was a coaching moment for him and explaining and myself with understanding/ asking questions. The manager was polite and gave me a refund.
They was polite and they worked on my car and fixed everything that needed to be fix. I definitely would recommend them to others
