Great customer service
I was told that there was no applicable coupons for an oil change that could I utilize but learned from another person who also asked and was granted 10$ off that there was. When I asked the associate for clarification he denied telling me there wasn’t and said there was a 10$ off coupon but I would have to present it. This was not asked of the other individual but I downloaded it offline nonetheless. I will warn everyone I can that this location indulges in deceptive and discriminatory practices
Extemely prompt and courteous service.
The crew was very efficient and thorough.
There was no sticker placed in my window after my oil change, informing me of my mileage and date so that I could keep track of my next oil change, I didn’t notice until after I left. However, I should’ve checked because while I was getting service, a lady came in saying that she did not receive her sticker from her oil change on yesterday so it seems as if they’re being little careless with the stickers, which is very important.
Way too much $ for a simple oil change
They try way too hard to up sale and it’s annoying! I want an oil change and that’s all! Also, I wanted the same SSB that I always get, but this time they charged me for a Premium 4x4 blend that was $79.99, I looked up and I don’t even have a 4 wheel drive! Next time I will be taking it back to my local garage that doesn’t stress me out on a 10 page upgrade questionnaire and a lesson about my car that I felt like I was going to be quizzed in afterward!
People are very nice. I've been coming to that Jiffy Lube for 40 years or so. I'd recommend them to a friend
A tire lug got cross threaded and I was asked to come back the next day for a replacement lug. Well, the wheel stud was cross threaded as well and my black rim was scratched up too. The tech also tried to put grease on the lug to get it on. There was no rust on the lug, no need for grease. I had to pay full price for a messed up service. In order to make things right? I would expect replacement of those items in order to make things right, but I know that won’t happen! Thank you.

I have been getting my car taken care of at this location for about 3 years now. They always check on my car and I'm so thankful for them finding out problems that I didn't know I had. They also give me a great price and if something looks off they make sure to top all my fluids off and send me in the right direction to find a spot who can fix it. I'm thankful for the staff here

You are great at oil changes and other basic minor maintenance items
I had a situation where I needed spark plugs and one ignition coil. I had read the codes and provided them before coming in to Jiffy lube. The technician confirmed read and confirmed the codes but said he couldn’t replace the plugs and the one coil because there was some fraying on the coil harness. I asked can you replace the harness or put liquid insulation on it. He said no. I what they could do he said they can’t do the tune up. So it cost me $175 at jiffy lube for nothing. I took the car to another shop and they did replace the plugs and the coil
I typically don't leave reviews but the service at this location was phenomenal. I was a little sketchy when I first pulled up due to the way the parking lot was set up but the moment the first person made eye contact with me changed my view. Walter directed me on which bay to go to. He then walked me to the office expressed that there was coffee, tea, water available and gave directions to the bathroom. They were busy when I arrived but every staff member was eager to assist all customers in a timely manner. Walter had a great personality. He laughed, joked, and gave his expertise knowledge with customers. Outside of his service, they move quickly, which is a plus for those with busy lives. I will definitely be going back to this location for services.
Absolutely insane prices. How on earth do you get away with charging $60 FOR A FILTER?!? Also do not put coupons in your website if YOU WONT EVEN TAKE THEM!!!! Went through 4 separate coupons that all got rejected. They came directly from the website!!!

The employee that I dealt with, Aric, was extremely nice and helpful during my visit.
