As always quick, efficient, and thorough service.
The work was done fast and they gave the car a thorough once over. I did not ask for a price before having the work done and I was shocked when the attendant said 177 bucks! Seems like a little much for an oil change and an air fiter. But if you do not have the time to to do the work yourself.....you gotta pay for the music if you want to dance!
Pricing is crazy high ( I heard from my co-workers once I got to work following my oil change and they told me what they pay at other establishments ). I like the convenience of being in and out and not having to make an appointment and that's why I have used jiffy lube for all these years and paid more but today's visit took longer than expected and longer than quoted when I pulled up....making me late to work.
Some of the things that it said would be done on the car for free were not included - free vacuuming of car interior, and free cleaning of front windshield. Neither of which were done. Staff was friendly, and service was timely.
Wasn't trying to push for other things I didn't come in for. Gave me a list of things I could improve on, and things that was good. Very quick on completion. Thank You Jiffy Lube.

Aric is a thief and a lier. I seat in the store for 35 minutes waiting for the oil change. As I was listening to him everyone that came in had to have new brakes and rotors even me. My company had me take my work van to state college ford . And they went over the van and inspected it I didn't need anything done he said I needed done to the van .. it makes we wonder about the poor guy from NY . Sad he wants his Numbers to look good but is doing it all wrong

When I drove away (unlike when I drove up) the "Check Engine" light was glowing.
I'd've paid to remedy that! And I wondered "if it wasn't on when I drove here what happened to activate it"?

Online the price for oil change and filter is 59 dollars and when I showed up manager said he can’t do it for that price and charged me 88 it’s false advertisement I won’t be back
the wait was sort of long and I was told that if I bring my own oil then I can't use any coupons even if Im charged for a conventional oil change (and bringing my own oil saves the company their oil) then I have to pay full price and can't use a coupon.
At other places the charge was significantly lower (just for labor) if oil and filter was supplied by the customer but at Jiffy Lube it was only a $4 difference, designed to keep clients from being able to use coupons and specials

The service was quick and although there were a few recommendations beyond the oil change they made sense and were not excessive.
Wait time when cars are iined up to get service - could be shorter if possible.
Didn’t vacuum vehicle or put new sicker on window. Oil and grease all over door handles and steering wheel and outside door. Returned to shop and they offered to vacuum and replace the windshield sticker. I had been going to that shop for 5 years and never had a problem. But I will never go back to that shop again. To me that was just plain “don’t care about our service we give to customers.” One mistake I’d accept but 3.. I just hope they changed the oil. I’m taking it to a shop today to be sure I got an oil change and new filter. Don’t trust jiffy lube to return to any of the shops.
