Everyone was extremely professional. Work was completed very quickly and I didn’t feel pressure to get additional services when reviewing my vehicle.

I left in a hurry today therefore I did not follow up with the service. I was very disappointed this visit. The front of car was vacuumed but not the back of car seats nor floor. I noticed air was not inflated in the tires. Tomorrow I will follow up on the oil change.
It was not close to closing time, not sure w h at was going on with workers today; but I was very disappointed. The young man greeted with such a pleasant and courteous smile.

Your manager there always tries to push more work than necessary. It always cost me more one way or another. This last time the broke the top to my oil dip stick, then simply told me "your dip stick is broken". Before that the insisted on rotating my tires. They said I needed new lug nuts because they tightened them so much they couldn't get them off.
The time before that, they said I need a bunch of things and charged me an arm and a leg. Your people there a re a bunch of thieves. I will never return there. It cost me almost $40 to replace my dip stick, and jeep dealership couldn't even remove the one Your people broke. You...whoever you are, are running a Den of Thieves!!! Ans that's a fact!!!

It was marked on my receipt that the following items were completed washed windshield, vacuum car, filled tires. These items were not done. I hope the these items were done: tires rotated and oil changed.
