The workers were very kind and respectful.
The service tech greeted me as soon as pulled into the shop. Their were courteous and did the service to my vehicle in a timely manner

It was recommended that I had services that I didn't need. Previous service records indicated that some maintenance be updated, and so I was told how terrible, dirty, and sluggish my brake line, antifreeze line, and oil were. No one actually looked. I purchased my car 21 days prior to me coming in and my service records from the dealership indicates these items were taken care of for my pickup date. With Jiffy being reputable, I believed them and had the $500 worth of recommendations completed. I went back to the dealership furious and they presented me with the afore mentioned service record.
Fast and included use of a coupon
Service was great as always and Heather was so nice explaining me many things regarding future recommended maintenance for my car. Grest service, great team!

I was disappointed to find that the radio station in my vehicle had been changed after my most recent visit to this location. I expect my vehicle to be returned to me exactly as I left it, and I was not pleased that this detail was overlooked.
The only reason I continue to return to this particular Jiffy Lube is because of Mr. Brian Parsons. He has always been professional, trustworthy, and a pleasure to work with. Because of the confidence I have in him, I have brought all of my vehicles here for service, recommended this location to my son, and even brought my wife’s vehicle as well.
However, if Mr. Parsons were ever to leave this location, I would no longer return. I value consistency and respect when it comes to my vehicle, and I hope this concern will be addressed moving forward.

I came to have work done on frint brakes and cleaning of front light cases. The cases are all scratched from the inside, one not even properly cleaned and the car left dirty with soap stains drizzeled from the cleaning. I hane photos to show it. Not the quality work I was expecting. I hope that at least the brake job was done properly.
