I know for a fact I had way too much oil in my truck. Because I check it and put to much in. I took it to the shop the mechanic stated get an oil change immediately. The sell person told me I was a quart short and charged me extra money. I didn't feel like arguing with him. I just know I won't be going back
I've been very satisfied with the service I have received from my local (West St., Annapolis, MD) location for many years. Would recommend them without hesitation.

I spoke to five different employees and they were all very professional and expressed a dire to help with anything I needed. It was a very pleasant experience. I’ve been coming to this service area for several years and it has always been pleasant. This time it was especially good.

It was quick. Seemed like the communication was pretty good because I spoke with several people while I was there and each one seemed to get info from the other. I went with 9 because my last visit wasn't so smooth but my wife deleted the survey. If all I wanted was an oil change, that would have been ok but they rolled it in, changed the oil and rolled it back out. I wasn't given the normal pre work consulting so I wasn't able to get the cabin filter changed or the fuel treatment. This was a Sunday and they were backed up. They were polite and apologized for the wait tho.

Fast service. But tire prices way to high. Should have more options to save money . I paid $200 for a tire for a late model car. Didn't want to go THAT HIGH.

The employees were very friendly and helpful but after leaving and getting home i looked at my receipt and realized some things werent done that were stated they were i noticed the car wasnt vaccumed i first assumed they didnt did it anymore but looking on my receipt it says its was done and the prices amount were a bit high and i just came in for a oil change the tire rotation was fine i accepted that but i noticed another amount aa 3 step targeted maintenance RR i paid 99.99 for and dont know what it was for i will question it on my return for a log nut torqued which i dont know what it is for
I ask for the $59.99 oil change and they used the$79.99. I paid more because they didn’t pay attention.
I received an email from JiffyLube with an estimate of $58.09 for an oil change and tire rotation. My estimate ID is Q583820. Now, I fully understand it was an estimate, but at the end of the service the store tried to charge me $107!
I ended up discussing with the manager and he removed the tire rotation charge. I don't understand why such a difference from the from the estimate. Plus or minus 10% would be acceptable.
