Fast and good service
I think the Annapolis Jiffy Lube on West Street is the best! The staff are always very friendly and they do great work in a short amount of time. I can only assume that management is doing a great job, too!

The guys were normal and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary services. All I needed was an oil change and they got the job done quickly. Even with a coupon $70 is expensive for an oil change, which is why I gave my experience a 9.

Although my receipt says my tires were F35 and R35, they were actually F28, F33, R28, and R32. My tires were rotated, but the pressure levels were not checked or topped off.
Also, my receipt says excessive oil leaks prior to service. Since I visit this location often, I did not review my invoice before leaving. This was not mentioned by my service advisor and seems like a major finding that should have been discussed with me.
