The price for an oil change has gotten awfully high. I was shocked at how much it was. Also, recommendations for repairs were made with no explanation as to how they came up with it. I declined all but the oil change that I came for.

I appreciate you making recommendations for services but dislike pushback when I've informed you the service was already accomplished as some services are provided by other providers.
I have been to Jiffy Lube in the past to have one of my vehicles serviced. I have never been greeted with the level of great customer service that I received from this store. I personally feel ALL Jiffy lubes locations whether company or franchise owned should provide this type of service.
I was so impressed that my daughter who owns a brand new 2024 Nissan only took her car to Nissan for service and after sharing my experience she went to them. She was also impressed. Thanks guys for the great ultimate experience.

My experience with the Jiffy Lube in Reisterstown has always been a great one.
The staff members are all friendly and attentive and handle everything from the time of your arrival up through your departure with great customer service, open communication and attention to detail.
They provide a clean and well maintained waiting room with the television tuned into a very entertaining channel.
The service is prompt and recommendations for your vehicles upkeep and maintenance, apart from whatever brought you to the shop (in my case a routine oil chance) are conveyed with diplomacy - without pressure - but with thorough knowledge of the reasons for the recommendations as well as what are the most ideal timeframes for the optimal functioning of your vehicle.
One of the employees, Abraham even indulged me in singing a song with me as they attended to my car.

I was having a bad day. Not particularly from anyone doing any wrong doing, but just nothing was going right. I loved that I got to sit in my car scanning backup work emails while the team completed my service and explained things to me. I very recently lost my significant other who usually handles these matters and today happened to be a hard day of grieving. Having to get service done alone made it harder but the team absolutely made the process better. Especially by making conversation pleasant. They have no idea how appreciative I am. Thank you. Sometimes your job, just isn’t a job..It becomes someone’s blessing.
