The entire team was very kind and welcoming. They made sure every guest had premium service. The young lady that assisted me found coupons for my services and saved me a few bucks. Very informative on the needs of the vehicle but never felt forced to act on anything.
Very knowledgeable and I’ve experienced great customer service
Everything went well and in ample time even though they were very busy. Only complaint is in they forgot to put the next appointment sticker on the windshield. I wish I had that. It makes it easy to remember when the next oil change is due. Wish they could send me one.
We brought both our cars into Elkridge JL for service. My Honda CRV had oil change and other services. Included in the invoice was skid plate remove and reinstall. Today, one day later- I drove my car on the highway. The skid plate fell down and dragged along the highway while I was driving at 70 mph on Route 70. Numerous screws were gone and the skid plate ruined. Thanks Jiffy Lube. Guess I should have kept using the dealership after all. Are you going to pay for a new skid plate purchase and install? Fast service in friendly
We had an oil change on our Honda CRV. Unfortunately it appears the person didn’t reattach the engine cover tight. It fell down and dragged on the highway. We now need to replace it.
The guys at the worked really hard and effectively to get me out as quickly as possible. since I needed to get on the rode and fixed an issue that was not theirs to begin with politely and with so much professionalism. I knew my daughter and I were in good hands to drive 1000 miles to college that weekend.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. 3RD TIME SAME LOCATION. ALL OTHER NO PROBLEM . EMPLOYEE WAS SMOKING IN FRONT OF EXIT DOOR. I TOLD CASHIER ABOUT LAST EXPERIENCE AND HE SAID WHY YOU CAME HERE AGAIN IF YOU HAD PROBLEM.AFTER CHANGING OIL STILL SHOWING MAINTENANCE REQUIRED. LAST TIME SAME THING AND I HAD TO GO BACK.

The prices for the services at Jiffy Lube are ruinously high. I do not blame the location but I do blame the company. I was quoted starting at $69.99 for a cabin filter, I stopped at Advance auto parts, 1/4 mile down the road, their highest rated one was $20.99 and most expensive was $29.99. I wanted to get my front and rear differential's serviced but was quoted over $150 each. Valvoline, 3 miles down the road by Bowie Stadium, quoted me $119 for each. I was quoted $453 for full synthetic oil change, front differentials, and rear differentials.
When I questioned the price the employee tried to tell me the prices were high because of Covid. Covid was several years ago and that is not an acceptable excuse, don't blame him for trying to give me an answer to something he does not have any control over. (Employee did speak with the manager and about 5 minutes after refusing the service he offered me $30 off the differential service.)
Unfortunately I can not afford to use Jiffy Lube anymore. I realize the roughly $2k I spend yearly on both cars is not a lot and will not effect your bottom lin. I understand Its a business and business make money but I can not support a company that does it in the way Jiffy Lube is. For the record I have been using this Jiffy Lube location since 2011 when I moved to Bowie and Jiffy Lube over all since 2003 when I moved to Maryland.

This is a great place to get your oil changed and for other auto services. What I liked about this place is that there is absolutely no pressure and no up-selling. Most auto repair shops are always trying to upsell. In fact, he told me that my air filter is clean and does not need to be replaced.

The employee was very nice, courteous and informative. They seemed to do a good job with the oil change but your prices are way too high!! If my oil change light hadn't been on for awhile, I would have gone somewhere else rather than pay $90 for an oil change!! I can assure you that I will not make that mistake again!!

Crofton- I highly recommend. The technicians are knowledgeable and very friendly. I enjoy getting my car worked on there.
