Very communicative, clear and quick!
This is the second time in a row that I brought my car in, and I was sitting waiting for my car for over an hour. I saw people who came in after me leave before me. And all I asked for was a simple oil change.
Did not take very long to get the oil changed. I went early in the morning.
My service was efficient, quick and quality care.

Signature service was quick and easy. Staff were courteous and professional. Facility is very clean.
They removed my skid plate and told me it was for cosmetic purposes. I looked it up later and it says it protects the engine. They didn't even give me a option, just removed it and then gave me attitude when I asked about it. They realized I don't know much about cars and took advantage of me. A Terrible disgusting way to do business.

I've been to a couple other Jiffy Lube locations in the past . This one is hands down the best out of any I've been to.
I really don't have any suggestions for anything that could be improved.

I drive in to Reisterstown from Washington DC. I had lived in Reisterstown for 12 years. Then I moved to DC. It is worth my drive to come back to this particular Jiffy Lube and this staff. They’re always friendly professional, kind and considerate for my wallet, thank you thank you thank you

The technician left dirty finger prints all over my door and inside the car.
After my oil change the technician did not zero my counter so I will not have accurate calibration if when to do my oil change. I prefer my own visual on odometer rather than that sticker the place on the windscreen without my consent.
The price it’s too heigh, they offered a extra services without mentioning that will be extra charge, it’s not professional.

The email that Jiffy Lube sent me to remind to get my oil changed included a coupon. I gave the code at checkout and it didn’t work. The staff member didn’t really care or help to try to remedy it. I asked if there was another I could use and he said no. Not sure why a coupon that was sent by your company didn’t work. He told me it was probably fake and spam. I just thought that was a weird response.
