When for a oil change only And was charged for a engine treatment that i didn't ask for . . Now my car smell like smoke . Didn't get the full treatment i expensive for my last visit
Didn’t want to remove my skid plate. Even though last time they charged me for it. Didn’t give me any feedback for my car. Had an attitude when I came back the next day after telling me one day they couldn’t do my oil change.
Very Honest in dealing with customers on going. I’ve used this location for a couple of years with no issues. Fast and convenient.

Email follow up. Disappointed with the exterior window cleaning left dried squeegee marks on the outside windows impairing visibility and the vaccuum was either old, not functioning properly or worker rushed because still was dirt and residue on my floor mats.

The service is good and the workers were friendly and efficient. My only issue is that the up-sell for things like air filter, cabin air filter, and wiper blades is a bit much when the price is already almost double from 2 years ago.
I had a very good opinion of the service needed on my vehicle and the team at Jiffy Lube didn't attempt to oversell me.

I've know the manager Brian, for the same amount of time and I know that he and his team, will always give top quality care and service to my vehicles. I not only take my personal vehicles but in the past, I have also taken my company vehicles to him when I have had one. Top notch service with a smile! A+++
