Quick and professional. And I was able to stay in my car the entire time.
I was pleased with the service. When I was there waiting in your waiting room, a man pulled his pants down and sat on a diaper and proceeded to tell us in the waiting room that he was an old man. It was gross. I wouldn’t have even noticed if he hadn’t announced it .

Josh provided great service (oil change, tire pressure check and rotation, filter replacements, etc.,) that was completed efficiently and within a reasonable time period. He provided me with helpful suggestions and answered my questions. My husband always raved about the service at Jiffy Lube and now that I have taken responsibility for our cars, I can see why.
