The team at the Pikesville Jiffy Lube is fantastic! They helped me understand issues I'd had with my car, and made suggestions for repairs/routine care! I appreciate their time and labor, and know the community is fortunate to have them in the area!
Great service. Extremely helpful. Only issue is the cost of an oil change. Would recommend for somebody in a "pinch" that couldn't do it themselves.
The last time I was there they said I needed a transmission flush. I waited till this time to save up, but when I asked them to do it, they said they don't have the correct tool to do a transmission flush on my vehicle. I wish they had told me that last time.

Told them I had the tire pressure light going on and off and asked if could check my tires. They found a nail in one and said they could place a plug in it. I was going out of town so asked if it would be safe to drive on it. Was told yes. Within 2 hours, tire pressure gauge back on. Went flat completely while I was out of town on a holiday weekend with 4 kids. Not the relaxing weekend I was hoping for.
To make it up… refund cost of fixing tire and pay for the new tire I had to buy since I was not anywhere near a place where my warranty on tire would pay for a repair
