I had a coupon with the location's address, but the manager said it was fraudulent even though it came in the same mailer as always. I'm sure businesses pay to have their coupon added to that envelope. I spent $200 and he gave me $10 off, but the coupon would have given me more. I don't believe him, and he made sure to confiscate the coupon. I think he took it so that there was no evidence. A sandwich shop nearby also did that, but then put up a list of sandwiches they would honor. I need my brake pads replaced, and I have used you before, but won't this time. I don't want to see that gentleman. Your staff changes often enough that he won't likely be there when it's time for my next oil change.
