On my recent trip to Jiffy lube what impressed me most was the friendly, and fast service.
Fast and efficient. And courteous service.
Overall GREAT service. But one minor annoyance... I asked to not have my cabin air filter checked, since I had just replaced it myself the day before. Every time Jiffy Lube checks this, they forget to reinstall the retaining cord on the glove box door.
Prompt attention. Could take care of multiple things on my car.
I did not feel that your staff was very friendly or welcoming. I started to leave but I knew I needed an oil change. the gentleman who told me what was needed and recommended was vey cold in nature.
