Tried to upsell me windshield wipers- said which specific one was ripped. (I bought wipers 10-15 minutes before going to jiffy). Once I stated that, person came back and said hit wrong key on computer. Those are 2 different stories. As a female, I just want my oil changed and for no one to try to screw me over
Went in for an oil change. Everyone was very professional. Within an hour my car was done. I really appreciated the fast service being that I had just completed a 13 hour shift. Thank goodness for jiffy lube Beltsville
