Efficient and fast. Very friendly! I had a printed coupon that wouldn't scan but they still gave me 10% off. Every dollar matters and I am very appreciative to have Jiffy Lube in my area!

This Jiffy Lube continues to deliver stellar service! They are always fast, friendly, and professional! After exiting your car, they always hold the door for people as they’re entering the lobby area. They explain everything and answer any questions. They also make helpful suggestions. A special shout out to Garcia who always delivers top notch customer service. He is an asset and I hope he never leaves this location. He is always a true gentleman and makes you feel like family. I have been using this location for years on all of my vehicles.

We always go to this Jiffy, lube. On saint Barnaba's road. Because they are so professional and knowledgeable, and they get you in and out and there is no pressure with their recommendations.They said you can get it the next time you come
During my visit I talked with three different employees and each interaction was very friendly. They were able to fix my issue (oil & filter warning on my car). I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. Great crew!
The Owings Mills Jiffy Lube team was super helpful. I have a 2003 Honda and I am looking to keep my car up and running as long as possible; I was due for an oil change and other maintenance and now my car is running smoothly.
