How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right? Please indicate if you would like a phone or email follow-up?

It's nothing you can do anything about; it's just your location. It is small and very difficult to maneuver around. This is compared to the Jiffy Lube on Nicholson Ln. in Rockville where I usually o for service. All things are relative.
Your personnel were all vey friendly, prompt and professional.

I checked oil level recently. Oil level was low but not due for oil change. So, I took my car to Jiffy Lube to have oil topped off. Oil was topped off, no problem. Thanks!

This location is always amazing! They are always super quick and everyone is always so nice. The store manager is very welcoming and so is the team. Thank you Pasadena crew for making getting an oil change with a toddler, easy!
