The facility was very clean and tidy. Once we walked in we were greeted with a big smile and courteous staff at the round table. The waiting room was very comfy and didn’t seem like a hospital.

The pre-op nurse, Kecia to post op Melinda, to nurse Gretchen. Their bedside manner and professionalism was superb. I felt very comfortable and they were very patient and compassionate. Our anesthesiologist and Dr. Ku were very kind and thorough. They made me feel very safe and less anxious. Dr. Ku is an awesome doctor who is professional and kind-hearted
