Everything!!! I was treated with the utmost respect from registration to PSU. I love the system that is used to respect privacy when checking in. The Preop nurse was amazing with a great sense of humor. He was so patient and so very careful with the insertion of my IV that I didn’t even feel it. When I got to the procedure room they had my very own music that I liked playing for me. They talked me through the process and the doc even let me hold on to his scrubs until I fell asleep. I felt like a queen for a day. When I woke up I was well taken care of and they made sure that my family member was informed along with me regarding my post op instructions. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had.
