Great!!! Very caring and professional!!!

This was my 3rd bladder procedure there and every time everything went smoothly.
Was well taken care of by everyone.

All of the nurses, staff, and doctors were great. My complaint is about your intake system and the extremely long time that I waited to go to the pre-op rooms. We checked in a few minutes early and completed the forms and took a seat in the waiting area. We waited over an hour before I went back to reception desk to ask how much longer before we could get into the Pre-op area. The receptionist was very nice and made a call to pre-op. We were told it was very busy that morning and that we were next. We waited another 30+ minutes before we finally got into pre-op. We waited another 30 - 45 minutes in Pre-op before my procedure. We ask some of the folks who were working Pre-op and we were told that the Doctors want everyone there on time, but that they were often late. I think that is not a very patient-friendly practice. If you can get the system to stay on time, there would probably be no problems.

Labor and delivery is awesome! My stay was great and everyone was super friendly!

Extremely friendly and efficient

Front desk check in was easy and staff very personable. Treated with respect before, during and after procedure. Beautiful waiting area for my spouse, and nice touch giving 50% off breakfast coupon at the cafeteria.

Second time in 6 years been in for a procedure or two. Exceptional service each time.

Received a follow up call two days after procedure to check up on me.

Everyone there was so wonderful from checking to going to my room to surgery and recovery, thank you for having health care professionals that care.

Nurse and doctor were friendly to relief my nervous. They explained to me all the test, and explained the result well.

On arrival at pre op, staff very nice. Gloria, my pre op nurse very kind and caring. Dr Lieman and Dr Bays wonderful.

The pre Op nurses Emily, and I forgot the other women’s name we’re so helpful and gave me all the reassurance I needed and made me feel like my surgery was going to go smoothly like it did know she had children at Wakeland high school please give them the biggest praise they made this transition so much easier🖤

Every staff member we came in contact with was absolutely wonderful. They were professional, personable, and a joy to work with. I’m so thankful for care through my labor, delivery, and recovery. We will certainly be back for our next delivery!

Your nurse was detached and rude. I got one IV for being nauseous and 2 hours went by before the nurse bothered to come in, then she took a 'who cares' attitude.
And when I asked if I would be admitted, she goes 'nope' and laughs. I got TWO shots and was told 'you can go. I told her TWO shots wasn't going to work. She didnt' care, and I left.
I was back in a REAL hospital the next day.
You should be shut down for a fake "emergency room" and horrible staff.
